Ingredients:

Althaea officinalis (marshmallow), Taraxacum officinale (dandelion leaf), Urtica dioica (stinging nettle), Arctostaphylos uva-ursi (uva ursi), and Plantago spp. (plantain).

Dosage:

Add 1-2 heaping tablespoons of tea 1 to one cup boiling water. Cover and gently simmer 5-15 minutes or as desired. Strain and enjoy as is or sweeten with honey. Drink 3 or more cups per day or as directed by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Contraindications:

This formula is not recommended during pregnancy.
