Ingredients:

Chuan Bei Mu (Tendrilleaf Fritillary Bulb, Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae, 川贝母) herb granules at 1:1 concentration 100 g (3.53 oz).
This product contains no preservatives, no alcohol, no artificial flavor or color, no gluten, and no pharmaceuticals.
Please note that this product is a pure herb powder but not an extract. Chuan Bei Mu is very expensive. Making a 5:1 extract would be cost prohibitive for consumers and a waste. We make it into granules to ensure its 100% usage.

Standard Dosage:
Take 3 to 8 g granules daily in accordance with TCM. One teaspoon (included with the shipment) measures about 1.5 g granules.
The granules may be dissolved in hot water to serve as tea or mixed into yogurt.
