Formula principles:

Ingredients:

Dang Gui Chinese Angelica Root
Gui Zhi Cinnamon Twig
Bai Shao White Peony Root
Gan Cao (Mi) Licorice Root (Processed)
Da Zao Jujube Fruit
Ze Xie Alisma Rhizome

TCM pattern:

  • Cold in the Channels due to Blood Deficiency
  • Jue Yin Cold

Dosage:

Mix 4.5 g in hot water and drink as tea, 2-3 daily.
